WEDNESDAY        
8:15-9:10 PM         Ashtanga Yoga

THURSDAY            
8:15-9:10 PM         Beginners Pilates

FRIDAY            
8:00 - 8:55 AM       Yoga/Pilates Mix

Please dress in layered clothing and bring: a water bottle, towel, fitness mat and your choice of hand weights for “sculpting” classes.

8 classes pass $120
(Must be used within 12 weeks of purchase date)
